[BC] Defeating Parental Block

Well... kind out of out of scope but maybe someone's run into this
before...

My older brother is in the nursing home. Mostly he sits in his wheelchair
& watches TV, I got him a little RCA 13" set from Radio Shack to watch.
(Model E13320, for those with a complete SAMS library)

He has always had a knack of making enemies. I thought someone was
messing with the tv, because I would come in and find the colors or
brigthness all out of whack.

Today he is complaining he can't watch his favorite channels. Sure
enough--History, Discovery and BBC America channels have a block put in.
(20/40/ and 74 on our system) Apparently someone got into the "V-chip"
section and blocked these channels, requiring a 4 digit password to
unblock. Which means you have to know the password to get the channels
back....

I brought out an old Mitsubishi set we had at home, but that's so old
(circa 1982) it doesn't get anything above 64 on cable ready. At least it
is too simple to be messed with.

Anyone know of a secret handshake to reset the little RCA? There
is--literally---nothing inside on the chassis except three chips, tuner,
and the usual HV stuff. So must require some kind of de-programming with
the remote. If it can be done.
