Methinks he meant 25 story building which is tall for Louisville, but
still over 100 feet below the rim of the Ohio valley. Louisville is
in the center of a hole about 400 - 500 feet deep and many Tx sites
are on the north rim in Floyd Knobs on the Indiana side.
