I have to imagine that *that* combination sent shivers down the spine of every 
video 'content owner' on the planet.  This is the same crew that's been busy 
trying to mandate the DTV 'broadcast flag'.  The fallout from CD rippers and 
MP3 paints a clear precedent here, and the video folks will fight to the last 
gasp before allowing any such marriage of DTV and computer.

Strange feeling, seeing M$ actually posing as a proponent of competition.  If 
they had a stake in Ibiquity, I suspect we'd be hearing a different 
tune...  :)
