"Settle this fight now, a federal judge tells the FCC and pirate
station RADIO FREE BRATTLEBORO, according to the RUTLAND HERALD. The
HERALD reports that District Court Judge J. GARVAN MURTHA has asked the
parties to go into settlement talks; the FCC shut down the station on
JUNE 22, the second time RFB has been raided by the Commission."

OK, scratching my admittedly sparsely-populated head here:  What is
there to settle????
