[BC] Antenna restrictions

Banning xmtrs would be getting into Federal regulations...and thus could not
be legally done.
Antennas are structures...and there are ways to get around that...besides,
they cannot stop you from putting an antenna on the car and operating HF in
the driveway (or with a LONG cable into the shack :)
In the three subs that had CC&Rs I have lived in, I never got told I had to
take my antennas down....Luckily you could not see them unless you really
looked (small wire antennas; mobile antenna with counterpoise on peak of
roof with tree blocking it from the street; VHF/UHF antennas on chimmney
above the LEGAL TV antenna :) and only one neighbor had some TVI
issues...but they just ignored it....(I think I was on 6m and getting into
TV3 on their sat reception)
