[BC] RE: DST change still pending

They had Rep. Makrey from Mass on yesterday proclaiming extra daylight  
savings time as the next wonderful thing since the invention of the  
incandescent light.

Massachusetts I can see.  But someone from Michigan wanting more daylight  
savings time?  He's been there too long.
DST should end the first of October (as it used to in Europe) and not  
begin again until mid-April.

Time for Ohio to join the central time zone.
