In Houston, TX there are a couple of these to my knowledge. Maybe more. 

There is a street called Stella Link. KPRC-950 must use this as a generic
name for traffic ladies because I have heard at least three different female
voices giving traffic reports under the name "Stella Link".

Another street is called Allen Parkway. I heard one traffic reporter several
months ago going under the name "Ellen Parkway".

I always liked the guy doing traffic in Little Rock named "Dash Board".
