[BC] Franklin

Thanks vy much for the photos.  I had no idea open wire feed was still in 
use.  Thought WSM was the last station to use it in the U.S.

What is the purpose of the screen around the feedline?  Safety?

Regarding the insulators 1/2 way up the tower, is there any problem with 
rotation/compression expansion force on them as the tower is blown by wind?
