Barry asked how many got past the first paragraph of the NAB's NRSC-5  
comments.  Before what? Gagging? ROFL?

I read the whole thing, but then my profession requires the quick  
assimilation of B.S.
They basically repeat what they said in the first paragraph about 8 times,  
but all they propose is that the FCC adopt NRSC-5 as the standard for  
digital broadcasting.  Then what? Nothing about IBOC AM at night, or  
mandating the use of digital.
