I can't seem to find how many satellites Somalia has launched. I
would guess that, if all your activities are based in Somalia, the US
has no control. How many Somalian birds have footprints over the US?
Why not do it the easy way. Rent a channel on SIRIUS or XM.

If you've got investors willing to start another service, I'm looking
for some more work and would be happy to help. I've been involved
with ABC's conversion from DATS to SEDAT and moving network
affiliates from SEDAT to Starguide at WOR. Problem is, I really don't
want to work in a country where I have to bring my own food. Can we
do it from Tonga? I believe they were smart enough to grab satellite
slots and develop the .TV extension on the Internet.

I've always liked the Virgin Islands. I remember talking with Scott
Knight of the Knight Quality Stations. He was my affiliate in the VI.
During the conversation I asked him what he was wearing (not an
obscene call). He said sandals, shorts and a cool, loose-fitting
shirt. I was in New York being strangled by a useless tie. Won't
work. It's a US territory.

I'll get back to you if I think of another idyllic place.
