[BC] A Change of Topic on Network News Feeds

Maybe its because I got my big break into radio in '78 but I did not notice 
a big change in audio quality until we went DATS in early 80's.  Those old 
SA crystal controlled monsters were cool.

Shut down my "dxing" on the scpc and fdm ssb transponders in fairly short 
order.
