Self-check ...

That would be 281 mV/m at 1 km if, indeed, the power was 1 kW, but it is
NOT, it is 0.25 kW, the minimum for the class.

So, the actual field would be 140.5 mV/m at 1 km, as field is a function
of the square root of the power ... four times the power, twice the field
... one quarter the power, one half the field.
