I guess that it's some kind of a milestone.

If you type http://www.radioshack.ca into your browser you won't go 
to Radio Shack.

Instead you'll be forwarded to a placeholder that says:

The latter isn't even linked from the page, but goes to a site that 
looks remarkably like that of Future Shop, the BestBuy subsidiary 
that all Canadians love to hate.

A final note: it appears that the Battery of the Month Club is long 
gone.
