I recall Bill Sacks telling a story about working at NBC in Washington as a board op, controlling a feed on a loop that just covered the East Coast. At the end of a program after the 3 chime system cue he'd close the loop and instead of G-E-C you'd hear G-E-C-C-C-C-C until he opened the loop. Steve B.
