Are basically the same units made in Georgia.  They are not so great but
pretty simple to service.  If you are going to use them in the sunny humid
southland, I would bypass the economizers on them as all they will do is
suck in damp air and that will foster rust, corrosion and the like.  MCI had
about a million of the units.

Biggest things to fail are the contacts on the compressor contactor, and the
compressors themselves.  Keep the filters clean as they will such in all
manners of dust and pollen into the coils on the outside too.
