[BC] Vonage:Mexico?

I just installed mine in Monterrey, Mexico, using a cable connection and
works perfect!

I also have a friend in Tijuana and Mexico City who are using it without a
problem.

I recently received a mailer from Vonage telling me that I can now call 
Mexico free, though their web site still lists Mexico at six cents a minute.
