[BC] Loctals...

As I recall, the Philco's used loctals.  I remember tearing apart a TV once 
that was full of them.  Odd looking beast.  I used to have boxes of them 
and few sockets to build stuffs.  Motorola used them a lot in their two-way 
radios.
