[BC] Gas Prices

$2.61 here (for premium).  they have jumped up in u.s. because the storms in 
the gulf of mex. are causing a reduction in refining production there.

It did in Frederick MD.  2.19 ~ to 2.35~.  I noticed it b/c I filled up at
Costco at 11am for a mere 2.12 and was stunned to see the other stations at
2.35 at 5pm.

Terrorism premium?
