[BC] How the KOB decision affected WABC

Right, the old KJBS.   It was a 1000 watt daytime and came back on the air 
at night for a time.   The transmitter was downtown SF and the self 
supporting tower was built over the walk way into the station.   You 
actually walked under the tower to get in the front door.   They had a 
Western Electric 1kw transmitter.
