Are your thinking of KTOK in OKC?

KOB, even in its de-facto Class I-B days (STAed), needed only two towers.

In its current Class II-A days, now licensed, it still only needs two 
towers, although the spacing of the shorter tower was changed to 
accommodate its in-fact Class II-A status.
