Rachel asked if I would buy a station today:

Sure--depending on price, facilities, and market.

Just like real estate, many properties are overvalued, priced up because  
there are many fewer stations for sale.

With consolidation, many clusters have stations that are just  
"warehoused."  They are not even trying to sell time on the stations, the  
stations are just sitting there, but they won't be sold because someone  
else may make the facility competitive.

And there is a lot of money looking for a home, hence the real estate  
bubble on the coasts.

But the right station at the right location can still be a buy.
