[BC] Passive switcher

Hi all:

I have need for a small dry-contact switcher in a metal box that has one 
BNC out that can select from one of 4 BNC inputs. The switch can be a 
rotary or push button device. Don't want any electronics in the box. Any 
ideas where this can be obtained?
